INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger was taken off the court on a stretcher after he fell to the floor in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Granger, who scored nine points, hit the floor with 4:38 left in the quarter. He lay face-down for several minutes while medical personnel attended to him. Finally, a stretcher was brought out and he was wheeled off the court.

The nature of his injury was not immediately known.
